Last weekend was another thrilling and spectacular one as the city of Lagos fondly called ‘Lasgidi’, had the buzz of the year already signed, with Ghana’s queen of rhythm-Becca being hosted by Africa’s finest, 2Face Idibia in a night dubbed, ‘An Evening with Ghanaian Music Diva-Becca in Lagos’.
It was a cozy night with the atmosphere serene, welcoming and thus uniting, the fans trooped in their numbers to catch a glimpse of the newly awarded personality by the National Youth Achievers Award (NYAA) in recognition to her excellent work in the industry.
Becca, who appeared in the waiting arms of the cheering fans, wore a cute all black with strings of gold stripping the centre and both wrists plus her black heels to match.
After different performances on the night, Becca and 2Face took their turn to perform together for the first time in front of their fans their much talked about song, ‘Bad Man, Bad Girl’, with the video said to be of a ground breaking piece coming soon before the end of the year. Before they took to their seats, the world renowned dance step-Azonto was danced together.
Among the top on the list that were present were 2Face who played host, Yvonne Nelson and Sandra Ankobiah of Fashion 101 fame from Ghana, Emeka Ike, PawPaw (the 2nd half of Aki & PawPaw), EKB records team, et al.
