Two before court for extracting sperm from a teenager

Accra, May 11, GNA - Two persons, who allegedly aided a woman to extract sperm from a 15-year old boy, on Tuesday appeared before a Circuit Court in Accra.

The pleas of David Kuwuonu, a student and Christopher Atsu, a footballer, charged with abetment of crime, were not taken. The court presided over by Mrs Georgina Mensah-Datsa remanded the accused persons in custody following prosecution's plea pending further investigations.

Police Inspector I.A.A. Ahor told the court that the woman who allegedly seduced and collected the semen from the victim in a condom was= on the run.

The accused persons would re-appear on Tuesday, May 18. Insp. Ahor told the court that the victim lived with his parents at Osu Kaadjanor, a suburb in Accra, and a friend to the accused persons, who li= ved in the same area.

He said that at noon on Friday April 30, this year, the victim and the accused persons were playing football and a woman came to the pitch and invited him (victim) for a discussion.

Insp. Ahor said that during the discussion, Atsu intervened and lured the victim into his (Atsu's) room and left the woman and the victim in the room.

The Prosecution said that Kumuonu locked the door of the room, after ordering the victim to have sex with the lady, who was naked but he declined.

Insp. Ahor said that Kuwuonu threatened to kill the victim if he refused to yield to his request.

The Prosecution said that Kuwuonu undressed the victim, put a condom= on victim's erected penis, forced him to have sex with the woman and he (victim) discharged semen into the condom.

Insp. Ahor said that after the act, the woman removed the condom and=

took it away. Prosecution said the victim went home and informed his mother about the incident.
