The Two Ghana Cedi banknote (GH¢2.00) will be issued into circulation on Friday, 14th May, 2010 after a launching ceremony by the Governor, Mr. Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur at the banking hall of the Bank of Ghana.

The ceremony will commence at 10.00a.m.
