Response to Ghana Embassy in Copenhagen

I am glad to read your response on the above article, especially how fast your response was.

The fact still remains that there should be some face-lifting at the embassy. On this day that I writing to you, I took screenshot of what is on your website (LINK) because in your response to the article “Ghana Embassy in Copenhagen needs a face-lift” you pointed out that one can verify from your home page. Where can one find guidelines for applying for passport? Even though you have stated how much it cost to have a passport from your embassy, the guidelines for acquiring a passport is in a locker. This means that one has to call before he/she is told what to do. The fact is, it is when you call that they tell you to post the money.

I am attaching that of Ghana Embassy in Italy (LINK) for you to see if you do not need a face-lift. The question is why can’t one download the form on the net? Do not tell me that it is not there because of security reasons, because the Ghana Embassy in Italy has it on their website. Below is a screenshot of Ghana Embassy in Rome-Consular section.

My question is: are these two Embassies operating under different Ministry? I hope your responses will be as quick as you did for Linus Atarah.

Also, you have stated that you accept bank cheques, If the Embassy has done a little research on the people she is serving, they would have noted that of the Scandinavian countries, no bank or less than 2 percentage people are using cheques, Wouldn’t it be easy for the Embassy to provide the IBAN and BIC numbers of their bank account, so that clients can pay into it and post receipt of payment to the embassy. For Christ seek, let us accept that Ghana Embassy in Copenhagen needs urgent face-lift – Period.
