Otumfuo Charity Foundation receives GH¢3,000.00 support

Kumasi, April 21, GNA - The Otumfuo Charity Foundation on Thursday received a donation of GH¢3,000.00 in support of its drive to improve the lives of the people.

It came from a group of Ashantis based in Seattle, in the United States (US) called "Seattle Asanteman Aboafuo Abusua (SAAA)." The Foundation seeks to enhance access to education, quality health care, potable water and reduce poverty in the country.

Nana Osei Agyemang Bawuah, a Patron of SAAA, presenting the cash at a ceremony in Kumasi, pledged regular contributions to the Foundation.

They were proud to be associated with efforts at helping to make lives better for especially Ghanaian children. Dr Thomas Agyarko-Poku, Executive Director of the Foundation, said they were grateful for the gesture.
