Kutu's Daughter To Face Police?

President of the National Council, Reuben Hadzide, who was slapped by one Victoria Acheampong - daughter of ex-head of state Kutu Acheampong - during a church service at Christ Oasis in Chicago has filled charges against his assailant, according to sources within the Chicago Police department at 2452 W. Belmont Avenue reveal.

When GHP contacted the victim, Reuben, he neither confirmed nor denied the story.

The police are moving forward to lay hands on video recording of the service which would be one of the evidentiary materials to be used to unravel any doubts of the attack by Victoria on Reuben in course of prosecution.

A preliminary investigation by the Chicago Police has unearthed eye- witnessing parishioners of the church who will testify that the assailant had pre-meditated the attack. They said the picture of the late father of the assailant was not one of the properties of the Church and that the assailant brought that picture to the church.

Witnesses say the assailant gave the picture to Caucasian male companion who attended the service with her. The male companion handed over the picture to Victoria just prior to the attack after the Pastor of the Church had given his sermon, confirmed an eyewitness.

Since the story of the attack broke in the Daily Guide and subsequently carried by MYJOYONLINE and Ghanaweb, many people have been interested to know the facts of the case and GHP can confirm that Victoria never got near the former President in any manner.

According to our legal sources in the USA, should Victoria be convicted of an Aggravated Felony rather than a misdemeanor, she will have immigration consequences anytime she attempts to return to the USA after a foreign trip.
