The Leader of Uhuru People's Party and ex-Campaign Worker for President Barack Obama's 2008 bid to the White House, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", has publicly asked Ghanaians to make a choice between Freedom and Terrorism --- and the Populist Politician who has officially launched Fund-Raising Campaign with the aim of raising more money than any Political Party in Ghana's history for his 2012 Campaign for President of Ghana, bluntly told Ghanaians : "You are either with me in the fight against State-Sponsored Terrorism on Ghana's soil and Global Terrorism (or) you are with Jerry John Rawlings who terrorizes Ghanaians; practices "Hi-Tech Corruption", exports Terror and has made Ghana a "breeding ground of State Terror under the guise of Armed Robberies", and whose Politcal Party or at least, (the Party he controls) [still] intimidates Opposition Figures.

The former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate who is currently warming up for the 2010 Governor's race in California in his bid to succeed the "Terminator", Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger before proceeding to Ghana's 2012 Presidential election accused His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills' government of condoning State-Terror and also, accused the president of deliberately keeping silence over his Olive Branch and Peace offer and maliciously excluding him to serve Ghana as former President John Agyekum Kufuor, the "Great Satan" did to him.

The Legendary Human Rights and Civil Rights Activist, dubbed "America's Mandela" hinted that like Nelson Mandela's African National Congress (ANC), his Uhuru People's Party which has the Motto : "One Ghana" would establish a Military wing --- "Sons and Daughters of Ghana" to promote and defend the noble ideals and ideas of Democracy, Freedom and Liberty; unite all Ethnic and Tribal groups in the Country and wage war against all forms of Terrorism on Ghana's soil.

Comparing the [few] hypocrites --- ex-School Mates within the NDC who have deliberately, calculatedly and cowardly tried to distance themselves from him for political reasons - with former Kufuor's Minister, Stephen Asamoah-Boateng ("Asaabe"), his former School Mate at "Great Koss, the "People's Politician' asked Ghanaians and historians to record in "Archives of History" that the NDC government of His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills and Jerry John Rawlings have rejected his peace offer and deliberately excluded him from serving Ghana --- exactly the same way former President John Agyekum Kufuor, the ("Great Satan") did to him --- out of Personal Insecurity, Cowardice, "Stone-Age Philosophy" and Despicable Wickedness that must [still] be condemned by all Civilized Nations.

The "People's Mayor" said he is ever ready to wage another "Pen's Revolution" against His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills government as he did against the greedy and selfish former President John Agyekum Kufuor whom he helped "toppled" with his feared and powerful pen.
