Ghanaian Busted in China For Drugs

China, Sept. 25 - A Ghanaian, Victor Mensah have been arrested in Beijing, China today. He was busted in his hotel room at Gangzhou near Beijing, where he was lodging for his drugs dealings with his partners.

Mr. Mensah was arrested immediately after his Nigerian partner was apprehended at the Beijing airport, shortly after detecting about one and half kilos of cocaine in his stomach by the China Customs Officers.

The Nigerian partner later gave the police a tip-off to arrest the Ghanaian (Victor Mensah) in a hotel in Gangzhou, where he was said to meet the Nigerian for the drugs.

Meanwhile, over thirteen Africans including Ghanaians have been arrested within this month only in China, over drugs related cases.
