Brong-Ahafo Association of NY Anniversary Fundraising Dance

   The President of the Brong Ahafo Association of USA based in New York , Mr. Patrick Gyan has disclosed that that the up coming 20thannivesary celebration will be held at 1948 Washington Ave , Bronx , New York between 178 St and East Tremont on Saturday September 26 2009. from 10 pm to 4:00am.

    Mr. Gyan said the theme for the occasion is "upgrading schools and hospitals in the region" He urged all to come in their numbers to support a worthy cause.   He advised members of the association to abide by the motto of the association: "Love and unity" He admonished members to do away with pettiness, ill feelings and back biting. He appealed to people of the region to patronize the association's meetings and make contributions to uplift the association to a higher pedestal.        Mr. Kwabena Manu, aka Pancho; an advisor and member of the executive committee of the association called on all to make every effort to attend and make the celebration a memorable one. The guest of honor for the occasion is the permanent Ghanaian ambassador to the UN, Mr. Kwadwo Christian.
