MTN Ghana and Comviva partner for virtual SIM solution

Mobile operator MTN Ghana selected Comviva’s virtual SIM solution. The solution allows users to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS and make remittances virtually using other people's phones. They are also allocated a unique mobile phone number and a virtual phone account. Comviva had already launched its virtual SIM with MTN in Cameroon and the service ad about 30,000 users end-2009.
