GSE All-Share Index inches up

Accra, Jan. 17, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark index of the Accra bourse, on Wednesday went up 0.81 points on the strength of gains by three equities. The Index went up to 5,008.07 points from 5,007.26 points on Tuesday.

Transaction Solutions Ghana Limited gained 50 cedis to close trading at 1,050 cedis; while ECOBANK Ghana Limited and PZ Cussons Ghana Limited went up by five cedis and a cedi to close trading at 13,540 cedis and 6,996 cedis, respectively. Total shares traded were 108,100 shares with Produce Buying Company selling 80,000 of them.

Change year to date stands at 0.04 per cent.

Market capitalization closed higher at 112,508.37 billion cedis from 112,503.54 billion cedis at the previous session.
