Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL), has endeared the hearts of many in Ho with its relative low fuel prices.

Many commercial drivers at the Ho main lorry terminal claimed GOIL’s prices are low and driver friendly.

A litre of petrol from GOIL currently sells at GH?3.420.00 and diesel at GH? 2.980.00.

The same products go for GH? 3.437.00 and GH?2.991.00 at other filling stations.

Isaac Adzah, a Ho-Accra Driver, popularly known as MP, said apart from the low prices, GOIL’s products are genuine.

Elvis Tartey, another Ho-Accra Driver, said he prefers GOIL to other oil marketing companies because the company doesn’t adjust their machines to cheat customers.

Some drivers also said they patronise products from the TOTAL filling stations due to some unique customer services.

Stephen Kendeh, a Ho-Kpandu Driver, said: “I like to be treated well and so I like going to TOTAL.”

Two Ho-Aflao drivers said they were enticed by a promotion organised by TOTAL last year and have since remained its loyal customers.
