The ever controversial hiplife artiste Kwame Kaakyire Fosu, who is known in showbiz as K. K. Fosu, has said all the three albums he has to his credit with two re-mix ones, came in two years interval and that has been the reason for his remix songs recently.

This he clarified would keep his fans and music lovers on the roll and feel his existence and also to break the whole 24 months of silence before each major release.

K.K. Fosu, who is best described by some hiplife fans as controversial due to his style of singing, calls it insinuating says singing that form is part of the music business as far as he is concerned.

He surfaced in the scenes first with ?Su Dwe, the time when Kokoveli and Batman were all doing music together. Then, ?Anadwo Yede and now Six O?clock, quoted by others as (Sex O?clock) is enjoying airplay and other publicities nationwide.

In 2005, he won the best hiplife artiste of the year and best male vocal performance of the year award. He played major role in the music video which won Kora Awards, with Reggie Rockstone, the hip life Papa and the late Suzzy Williams.

He says one problem which is on the upsurge now and goes a long way to affect artistes is the way audience shout at musicians performing on stage especially when they do not enjoy that particular one by saying: away 1, 2, 3 and more to embarrass them on stage. He urges perpetrators of such acts to avoid and save them from such a disgraceful quandary.

In commenting about his hobbies, K. K. declared that he usually hung around girls during his leisure time and learns certain things from them. The artiste added that music is a gift coming to him and never a hobby. Abraham Ohene Gyan is his manager, and D?Records in collaboration with Edutainment is in charge of production and acknowledges Sir Kwame Fosu as behind D? Records.

He mentioned that his songs, be it insinuation or not, is not subjected to anyone in real life. Batman Samini and I are on good terms except that we all sing on our own. He finally urged Ghanaian DJs to avoid cash and carry business with musicians and their producers and rather do their job more professionally.
