Rapper Nuru to release single under Sony/ATV Music Publishing

Ghanaian act Nuru is making moves again as he bags a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

Nuru is expected to release a music video on July 6 and other subsequent records under the giant copyright firm which owns or administers more than 3 million copyrights worldwide.

Though details of this publishing deal is not yet known, having this opportunity to work with Sony/ATV is a great highlight of Nuru's music career.

Sony/ATV Music Publishing is a joint venture between Sony and Michael Jackson's Estate.

The world's leading music publisher has an ever-growing list of chart-topping artists, writers and producers including Akon, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams.

Nuru has released collaborative songs with Edem, At'son and Ruff N Smooth in the past year. The young rapper tweeted that he is looking forward to an awesome partnership with Sony/ATV Music Publishing and hopes to keep delivering a constant stream of great music.
