Pay the boys now - LOC/Ghana 2008

Information reaching us on the radar indicates that some of the country’s musicians who participated in the just ended “JAMBOREE” Concert at the forecourt of the State house have not been paid to date.

According to our information some have been given part payment with others receiving nothing at all.

“We have been there on several occasions only to be told we should go and come. We have been asked to submit our invoices which we did yet its more than two weeks since the draw and the show took place yet nothing is happening” one manager lamented.

The source said the musicians are not happy with what is going on and their fears are that if this is how they are going to treat them then some of them will have to advice themselves for the impending soccer fiesta.

“If they can’t pay this small amount, where are they going to get money to pay us during the main tournament?” the source asked. Ahyasia imponi.
