Pastor Kayode's Second Coming

For Pastor Peter Kay ode, aka The Dancing Pastor, his entry into the gospel music circles was for one purpose only; to inspire hope in those who had lost hope and make them trust in God again.

"I just want to encourage them and lift their spirits, through my inspirational songs", he said.

Listening to the songs on his second album, titled, ?The Secret Of My Life?, it was obvious Pastor Peter's mission, with this album, was to praise God for His goodness and many blessings to him and mankind in general.

He sings with so much passion that listeners would realise he meant every word in the songs.

The title-track is a very nice piece and is equally danceable. In it, he sends a message, urging we should praise our Maker always, no matter the circumstances, and be thankful to Him at all times.

The song has a beautiful drum-beat running through it, and the programming, instrumentation and backing vocals are equally superb.

The album is a must-have; rich in rhythm production and arrangement, creativity and ministration of God's word.

Some of the songs on the album include Holy Ghost Mania, Jesus Is My Lord, He Can Never Fail, I Can Make It, Jesus Is Love, It Is Well and Thank You Jesus.

Pastor Peter Kayode, who also is the head pastor of Awakeners Chapel International, located at Alajo, near Winners International School, in a chat told Beatwaves, he would use the third anniversary celebration of the church, which comes off from Thursday November 16 to Sunday November 19, at the church premises, to launch his new album to the public.

Some of the activities lined up for the celebration include healing crusade, pastors?/leaders? impartation conference on Saturday November 18, and thanksgiving and fundraising service on Sunday.
