Kotoko to host Contractors

Kumasi Asante Kotoko will play a friendly club international match against Arab Contractors of Egypt, who are on a three-match tour of the country at the Kumasi Sport Stadium on Thursday, February 18. A release signed by Mr S. S. Appiah, Chief Executive of Kotoko, appealed to supporters of the club to turn up in their numbers to cheer the Club to victory. The release also appealed to the supporters to comport themselves before, during and after the match. Kotoko will parade a number of players from Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Burkina Faso, who have expressed the desire to play for the team, the statement added. The visitors, who drew 2-2 with Satellites in Accra, will also play Goldfields on Sunday February 21 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
