Hiplifers to usher in the new year in UK

It has now become an annual ritual of Alordia Promotions, a Ghanaian-UK based Event organizer together with other promotional houses like Family Tree Entertainment, West Coast Entertainment and Abrantee Promotions to put together a big gig in UK to round off the previous year’s activities especially during the yuletide.

The same thing is going to happen this year too and the line up of stars for this year speaks volumes for its self, as they once again assemble the nation’s finest to round off Ghana@50 anniversary celebration and usher in the New Year.

Alordia Promotion has for sometime now trying hard in his individual capacity to expose our artists to the “international level” even though others may argue that it is the same Ghanaian community that thronged such a show, I agree but they are the same people who patronized their CDs and since Rome was not built in a day, we must start from somewhere.

It is common knowledge that serious talents have been thriving here for a minute. Since the advent of Hiplife artists have been turning out classic songs without the help of any major record label yet they have been churning out international awards winning personalities who have made the nation proud the likes of: VIP-KORA Awards, Reggie Rockstone-Kora Awards, Samini-MOBO and MTV nominee, Praye-Kora Awards, Castro-New African Act Nominee 2007 among others.

This shows how talents thrive here with sizzling mixed hardcore beats and indigenous African rhythm to much freak flow of consciousness that will blow your mind.

What’cha gonna do this time around? As the saying goes Rocks are like clouds stare at them long enough and you will start to see imaging stars and faces, so come 30th DECEMBER 2007, in far away UK at the Luxurious State of the art venue, Club Ntyce next to Woolwich Town Hall, there would be musical extravaganza that has never happened before. Check out who is coming: Obour and AB Crenstil, Castro D’ Destroyer and Koforidua Flowers man Kofi B, Sexy Screw Face and Nana Kontihene, industrious Kokoveli will sort it out with the new Hip life sensation Old Sodja-shake da goody’tin.

Homeboys like T- Blaze, Ntatia and Frank Boy will hold it down with Agya Koo a.k.a Blamm!. Your compere is Clarke Pintoa while UK Akwapim brother Willie Ashiley, Godfather and George B will let it flow as if it is not any body’s business.
