OKWAWU FALL TO HASAACAS

Sekondi Hasaacas beat visiting Okwawu United by a lone goal in their match played at the Gyendu Park. The only goal was scored by substitute Emmanuel Otcher in the 55th minute from Ebo Smith's pass. Both teams went into the game full of determination after they had observed a minute silence for the late Shamo Quaye. Hasaacas nearly went ahead in the second minute but inside left Mohammed Nuhu shot off target. The trend turned in favour of Okwawu who played a good game in the first half but failed to find the net. On resumption, Hasaacas redoubled their effort and it was no wonder that they found the net in the 55th minute. GRi
