Diamond set to release new single 'Superman'

Ghanaian actress and afro-pop singer, Diamond, will launch a new single and video titled ‘Superman’ on October 30, 2015, in Accra.

The ‘Taste My Apple’ singer, who some few months ago launched Diamond Skin Perfector on the market, is this time round introducing a slimming tea product to help people manage their weight effectively.

Diamond, born Diamond Nannah Appiah, came to the Ghanaian music scene in 2005 and released her debut single titled ‘Kasa Kyere Wokunu’ in 2006.

She has starred in movies like ‘Armsterdam Diary’, ‘Dadaba’, ‘Keeping The Promise’, ‘Big Girls Club’, ‘Run Baby Run’, among others.

Diamond returned unto the music scene again in 2010, this time releasing a hit single titled ‘Taste My Apple’ featuring Stay Jay.

In 2011, she released ‘Popping’ which was nominated in 4syte Music Video Awards.

Diamond has performed in South Africa at Ghanafest, the Gottenburg Jazz Festival in Sweden, the MUSIGA Grand Ball at the Banquet Hall, among others.
