Ghana's over reliance on our foreign based has created in them uncommitted players, over hyped and over rated players.This argument has been settled for good.South Africa missed out on last world cup and last Afcon.But look at them now. They play with passion, hunger, unity, and they understand playing for the fans, the flag and the country.There must be a shift in the way we think. Our players actually sit down and demand how much to be paid, ask for best hotels, best training pitches, can't sing the national anthem and many of our players have negative body language.
