Granting what you said, what about the Volta regional minister who is a son of the soil of the region?. He's to push for the people of the spillage affected people, but how many times have you heard him either talking about people over there? Let there be a heavy projects announced to be constructed around the spillage affected areas, you will see how often he will go there with sons' companies for the execution of the works. In as much as the President is being blamed for his slow response to the people, the blame should squarely be put on the neck of the regional minister.
