THE POLICE ARE MOSTLY INCLUDED AS FIRST TO BE INFORMED FOR MOBILIZATION. EVERY VOLUMTEERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A TELEPHONE FOR CONTACT PURPOSES THE SAME WITH THE TEAM LEADER.
