This is what Sam Okudzeto calls misplaced priorities. These are the problems our parliamentarians should be concerned about and not LGBTQ+ matters.

When endemic corruption in the Judiciary becomes the norm, disgrace of this sort is inevitable. It is only in Ghana the Defendants or opponents in Court can constitute a Kangaroo Court to pass a judgement and punish the Plaintiff with severe sanctions on the same issues in a case pending before the High Court yet to be determined. The Ghana Medical and Dental Council and the Ghana Health Service recently slapped a Doctor with multiple suspensions who is the Plaintiff as his opponents in a case in the Human Rights Court in Accra A formal report to the Office of the Chief Justice and the Chairperson of the General Legal Council against Lawyer Dr Divine Banyubala who orchestrated these illegalities against the Plaintiff surprisingly as a senior lawyer and law lecturer in Ghana's prestigious law school, the University of Ghana Law School amounted to nothing. I won't be surprise to see aggrieved litigants going after lawyers and judges in the near future. It will happen because of extremely corrupt persons in leadership role of our justice system where poor victim have no chance against the powerful villain who buy their way through, to suppress or skew justice in their favour. The whole Country is a crime scene but our judiciary is unfortunately the worse and most irresponsible when it comes to public sector corruption and safety of citizens. I thought the unfortunate killing of the three Judges during PNDC era, who have now been matyred outside the Court Complex near the Chief Justice Office should have been enough wake up call. Their own iniquities in the dark and conscience never set them free. This is why they barely feel comfortable when one is there to merely make enquires. Good evening Justice Cecilia Kwaranteng.
