    THIS ARTICLE IS DECEPTIVE. THE NEGATIVE HEADLINE DOESN'T TALLY WITH THE STORY. ANOTHER YELLOW JOURNALISM BY DAILY GUIDE. THIS IS WRONG AND UNPATRIOTIC.

    Newly trained medical doctors cannot immediately enter into the private sector. If after spending so much money and time to train them, if they are not employed, they leave the country for greener pastures. Check the Northern ...

    The reading public are not clairvoyants or magicians.
    If false stories are published those who know the truth owe it to themselves and their employers to speak up and make the corrections required.

    Exactly d point, lets leave politics out of this issue. The minister deviated in his answer. medical officers have not been posted. his talkin abt houseofficers which is an entirely diff issue.

    Point on but we all have to play our part. The doctors get posted and politicians and influential ppl go to lobby for friends and relations to be posted to cities. Eventually no one goes to the villages

    The problem is that all the doctors want to stay in Accra and Kumasi, so if even this group is posted non will go to the areas where their services is needed.

    The minister knows nothing about his field.he deviated he was asked about posting of medical officers not house officers.if you have dumb people like this as ministers how will the country progress??

    According to the minister, out of the 486 doctors, 268 were posted between May and June, this year while the remaining 218 were posted in September 2014.
