You will be less likely to be disappointed if you operate in reality. Almost all the multinational companies based in Greater Accra, Almost all embassies and consular offices are also there. Most foreign tourists pretty much stay on the coastal area.
Kumasi will get the traders going to Turkey, Dubai and such and the overwhelming majority of the expected destination traffic are what are classed as VFR. These two classes are very price conscious. The airlines flying into Accra are making huge bank on the passengers in First and Business and the freight in the belly of the plane. In the short to medium term, Kumasi is not getting any of that traffic. Sorry.
Oh BTW, I'm from Santasi. Just to preempt any tribal nonsense.
