Joseph Nikpe Bukari is a notable Ghanaian politician who has served as a Member of Parliament for the Saboba Constituency in the Northern Region of Ghana during both the Sixth and Seventh Parliaments of the Fourth Republic.

Early Life and Education
Born in Saboba, a town in the Northern Region of Ghana, Joseph completed his education at the University of Education, Winneba, where he obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Technology in 2006.
Political Career
Joseph entered politics as a representative of the National Democratic Congress.
He was first elected to Parliament during the December 2008 Ghanaian general election.
He successfully contested for re-election in the 2012 general election.
However, he faced defeat in the 2016 Ghanaian general election, losing to Charles Binipom Bintin of the New Patriotic Party.
Employment Background
Before entering politics, Joseph was an educationist and worked as the District Training Officer with the Ghana Education Service in Saboba.
Additionally, he served on the Employment, Social Welfare, and State House Committee during his tenure in Parliament.
