Kufuor waves to people on the Northern Bank of the
Black Volta River
President John Agyekum Kufuor on Friday detonated the
first explosive to start the construction of the 622-million-dollar Bui
Hydro-Electric Dam Project at Bui in the Brong Ahafo Region.
