Dear GhanaWeb: My sister started seeing another man three weeks after her husband’s death
Dear GhanaWeb,
I am a 23-year-old lady who recently moved in with my elder sister after she lost her husband.
My parents asked me to stay with her because her husband died about three weeks ago, and they felt she needed someone around to console her and keep her company.
My sister and her husband had been married for more than five years and had two children. Their youngest child is not even two years old.
The strange thing is that her husband has not even been buried, but my sister has already started seeing another man.
This man comes to our house regularly. They spend time together, and on several occasions, I know they have sex in her bedroom. At first, I tried to mind my business because I told myself that grief affects people differently and that my sister is an adult who can make her own decisions.
Whenever people are around, she behaves like a grieving widow. She cries and acts devastated whenever relatives or visitors come around. But once everyone leaves, she goes back to her normal life as
