Dear GhanaWeb: My son looks exactly like the man I cheated on my husband with

Dear GhanaWeb, I have been married for five years, and we have two children, a girl and a boy. Our daughter came first. After I gave birth to her, everything changed between my husband and me. He stopped being intimate with me for more than 15 months. When I asked him why, he told me that my body had changed after childbirth and that he no longer enjoyed being with me. I had no complications after delivery. I tried everything I could think of. I begged him, worked on myself, tried to look attractive, and did everything I could to make him interested in me again. But he simply didn't want me. Eventually, I went back to an ex. He made me feel wanted again at a time when I desperately needed to feel that way. What started as an affair became something I struggled to control because, after feeling rejected for so long, I had become emotionally attached to the attention and affection I was getting from him. Then, unexpectedly, my husband started coming back to me. Just two weeks after he resumed intimacy with me, I discovered I was pregnant. When I later calculated the timing, I realized there was a strong possibility that the baby was my ex's. I was terrified, so I kept quiet. I didn't want to destroy my marriage or create a situation I didn't know how to handle. My husband later told me something that hurt me deeply. He said the reason he started sleeping with me again was that he wanted us to have another child and not because he suddenly found me attractive or wanted me the way I had hoped. Something inside me broke after hearing that. During the pregnancy, I continued seeing both men. Eventually, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. My son is almost two now and this is where my fear has become unbearable. My husband sometimes looks at him and says, "I don't even know who this boy looks like." My heart stops whenever he says it. The truth is, my son looks so much like my ex. His features, his face, almost everything about him reminds me of his biological father. Even my own parents have started making comments that the boy doesn't really look like anyone in our family. They probably don't realize how frightening those innocent comments are to me. Every time someone says that, I start thinking about the possibility of my husband eventually asking for a DNA test and that is my biggest fear. What do I do now?
