A tragic incident unfolded at Immigration House on Saki Road, located in the High Tension Immigration area of Golf City, where a fuel tanker driver named Kwabena and his pregnant partner were found brutally murdered in their apartment. Their lifeless bodies were discovered on Friday, May 1, 2026, lying in a pool of blood. Miraculously, their 3-year-old daughter was found alive in the same room.

Reports indicate that the prime suspect, a man who had befriended the couple just two weeks earlier, allegedly went out drinking with Kwabena on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. After helping him home, the suspect reportedly killed both partners and stole GH¢470,000 in fuel sales revenue. The assailant then left the toddler beside her parents’ bodies for three days without food or water. Authorities from the Saki Police Command, along with Environmental Health Officers (EHOs), have since recovered the bodies and transported them to the morgue for autopsy. A manhunt is currently underway for the suspect, who remains on the run.
