The highly anticipated Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) 2025 Traditional Wear Night lived up to expectations as contestants dazzled audiences with rich cultural displays, powerful storytelling, and symbolic costumes that celebrated Ghana’s heritage.

The night was filled with color, grace, and drama as queens took turns to interpret their regions’ traditions through attire, music, and dance. While many impressed, three contestants stood out and bagged top awards.

Tasalla Wins Most Eloquent with Baamaya Costume

Tasalla captivated the audience and judges alike with her graceful presentation of the Baamaya costume, a traditional regalia of the Dagbon people. From the gmaan sooli head wrap to the chahala ankle bells, she explained every detail with eloquence, emphasizing themes of humility, femininity, and transformation. Her brilliance on stage earned her the Most Eloquent Award of the night.

Nana Takes Best Costume with Bono East Royalty

Representing Bono East, Nana turned heads with her stunning display of royalty, humor, and creativity. Dressed in regal traditional attire, she captured the pride of her people and delivered with charisma, which won her the Best Costume Award.

Asakia Crowned Star Performer with Buluk War Regalia

Asakia brought power and history to the stage as she showcased the Buluk War Regalia, the legendary armor worn by Bulsa warriors. Her commanding presence and storytelling earned her the Star Performer title, making her one of the biggest highlights of the evening.

Eviction: Owubah and Naawere Leave the Competition

While the night was filled with celebration, it also came with heartbreak as Owubah and Naawere bid farewell to the competition. Despite their eviction, both queens left a lasting impression with their performances, and their fans celebrated them for their strength and cultural pride.
