Ghanaian spiritual practitioner and founder of Soul Travel Ghana, Ola Maame, has sparked conversations online after boldly stating that many people are not suffering because life is hard, but because they are living against the natural order of life.

In a strong message shared recently, she said:“If you want to understand life, study nature.”

According to her, what many people call “stress” or “bad luck” is actually the result of disconnection from how life is meant to flow.

She explained that in nature, nothing is forced everything follows timing, rhythm, and balance.

However, human beings have created a lifestyle of constant pressure, pushing, and overworking without rest.

“Nature does not force. It flows. It rests. It renews. But people keep pushing themselves until they break,” she said.

Ola Maame further pointed out that many individuals, especially those who carry responsibilities for others, are silently experiencing emotional and spiritual burnout.

She described this group as people who are always “strong for others” but have no space to restore themselves.

“You are not just tired. You are drained from carrying too much for too long. Being strong has cost you your peace,” she added.

In a controversial take, she challenged the common belief that success only comes through constant struggle.

“Not everything in life needs force. The more you force life, the more resistance you create. That is why many people feel stuck,” she stated.

She emphasized that the problem is not always external circumstances, but internal misalignment.

According to her, when a person is not aligned, even hard work does not produce results, leading to frustration and confusion.

“People think life is against them, but the truth is they have forgotten how to move in alignment with life itself,” she said.

Ola Maame concluded by urging people to begin observing nature as a teacher, noting that it reflects how life truly works through balance, patience, and renewal.

Her statement has since generated mixed reactions online, with some agreeing with her perspective on burnout and alignment, while others debate her views on effort and struggle.
