The Rainbow Radio Listeners Fun Club has once again demonstrated its commitment to community service by organizing a clean-up and donation exercise at Pokuase in the Greater Accra Region.
Led by Obaapa Papa, a popular voice on Rainbow Radio, the initiative brought together club members, volunteers, and members of the public to clean various parts of the Pokuase township, with a focus on the station area and surrounding streets. The event also received strong support and participation from the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Pokuase, who joined the team in both the clean-up and donation activities.
Following the sanitation exercise, the group proceeded to make a generous donation to the Pokuase Police Station, presenting items including cleaning materials, bottled water, toiletries, and other essentials to support the work of the police force.
The MCE, who was present to witness the exercise, expressed his appreciation to Rainbow Radio and the Fun Club for their selfless efforts. “You have not only cleaned our environment but also uplifted the spirit of service within the Pokuase community. I commend Rainbow Radio and its listeners for leading by example,” he stated.

Obaapa Papa, speaking on behalf of the club, emphasized the importance of giving back and encouraged the public to actively contribute to community development.
The initiative forms part of the Fun Club’s broader mission to promote civic responsibility, sanitation awareness, and social impact across local communities.
