The DreamOval Foundation has announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of experts to guide the organisation into its next phase of governance, institutional growth and social impact.
The newly constituted five-member board brings extensive experience in legal practice, corporate audit and finance, international NGO management and software engineering. The appointments are aimed at sharpening the foundation’s focus as it scales its digital literacy and educational initiatives.
The inaugural Board of Directors comprises:
Moses Cofie – Board Chair
Dyllis Bruce-Cathline – Company Secretary and Director
Augustina Ekua Mills – Non-Executive Director
Kofi Asamoah-Kowri – Director
Afua Asiamah Adjei – Executive Director
Highlighting the significance of establishing the foundation’s new governing board, Afua Asiamah Adjei, Executive Director of the DreamOval Foundation, said:
“The appointment of our new Board of Directors marks an exciting chapter for the DreamOval Foundation. Comprising seasoned executives, legal professionals, technology experts and chartered accountants, this multidisciplinary board brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight that will enrich our work and deepen our connection with the communities we serve. For the last 13 years, we've been working with young people and Ghanaian women to enrich their lives through technology and education. Moving forward, this incoming board will help define our vision, mission and values, sharpening our focus on what is important to our work.”

The newly appointed Board Chair, Moses Cofie, emphasised the foundation’s broader mandate to leverage technology as a catalyst for economic and social transformation across the continent.
“Empowering Africa's youth through technology is at the heart of the African Renaissance. As Board Chair, I will guide our strategic direction to ensure we deliver measurable impact. As we expand across the continent, I will leverage our networks and partnerships to help execute on our vision.”
With the new governance structure, the DreamOval Foundation is positioned to expand its programme footprint, strengthen partnerships and accelerate digital empowerment for the next generation.
