A business operating under the name Bill’s is alleged to owe the owners of its premises a total of $130,000 in unpaid rent dating back to 2024.

According to sources familiar with the matter, efforts by the building’s owners to recover the outstanding amount have so far proven unsuccessful.

The landlords claim that representatives of Bill’s have consistently failed to respond to phone calls and messages, while also refusing to attend scheduled meetings aimed at resolving the issue.

The prolonged silence and lack of engagement, sources say, have heightened tensions between both parties, with the property owners expressing concern over the continued delay in settling the debt.

It remains unclear what steps the landlords intend to take next, including whether legal action will be pursued to recover the outstanding amount.

Attempts to reach Bill’s for comment have so far been unsuccessful.
