Embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a photographer who claims he was sexually assaulted by the rapper.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, alleges that the incident took place during a high-profile commercial shoot in 2022 or 2023. According to the lawsuit, filed in the New York State Supreme Court on March 26, Combs invited him into his trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities.

Once inside, the lawsuit claims, Combs unzipped his pants and coerced him into performing oral sex, telling him that it would help his career "take off." The plaintiff states that he complied out of fear that his career would suffer if he refused.

After Combs allegedly found the act unsatisfactory, he threatened the photographer with violence before sending him back to work. The plaintiff claims he was left to process the trauma of the encounter while continuing the job.

Combs' Legal Team Responds
A spokesperson for Diddy dismissed the lawsuit as false allegations, arguing that the claims were fabricated and part of a broader pattern of lawsuits aimed at tarnishing his reputation.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Ongoing Federal Charges
The lawsuit comes at a time when Combs remains in custody in Brooklyn, facing serious federal charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and forced labor. His indictment is part of a larger investigation into alleged criminal misconduct spanning decades.

Despite the growing number of lawsuits and allegations against him, Combs has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges, and his trial is expected to begin soon.
