Legendary Ghanaian rapper Tic Tac (real name Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah) captured attention recently with a video revealing his impressive mansion in Weija. The rapper, known for his hit "Kwani Kwani," hosted a lavish birthday celebration for his wife, Awura Abena Serwaa Ampaafe, on February 2025.
The all-white-themed party took place at their spacious home, attended by notable Ghanaian celebrities including Reggie Rockstone, Nana Ama McBrown, Nero X, Keche Joshua, Blakofee, and Article Wan, who performed live for the large crowd.
Inside the mansion, Tic Tac proudly displayed numerous awards from his successful music career, including a Musician of the Year award from the 2004 Ghana Music Awards UK and an award featuring American rapper Nas from the 2008 Soundcity Music Video Awards in Nigeria.
The compound, located on the hills of Weija, includes beautifully paved walkways and a separate house linked to the main residence by a staircase. Despite his long-standing success, Tic Tac has often lived modestly, rarely flaunting his wealth publicly.
