Chief Nixon Hamilton Biney, the former Deputy National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has announced the passing of Lucie Ama Nyama Cofie, his partner.

In an extremely sorrowful Facebook message, Chief Biney broke the news.

He talked about their shared memories and the influence the late Lucie had on his life.

Although we all follow different paths in life, I will always value the lessons we may learn. You had an influence on my life, and I will always treasure the experiences we shared.

"My heart will always have your memory, laughter, and love. He added, "May my devoted and understanding partner, Lucie Ama Nyama Cofie, rest in peace."

Marie-Elizabeth Aba Badua Biney Nixon was the daughter Lucie left behind when she was 45 years old.

The death's circumstances are not entirely clear.

The Lashibi Funeral Homes will host the funeral, though, on January 24, 2025, and friends and family are welcome to attend and honor her life.
