In response to EOCO seizing his yellow 2019 Lamborghini Urus, dancehall artist Shatta Wale stated that he has already purchased a new vehicle and is unconcerned.
The rapper responded to a press release signed by Raymond Archer, the head of EOCO, confirming that the expensive car was seized as part of an FBI-backed investigation in a heated TikTok Live on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. According to EOCO, the car is being prepared for repatriation to the United States and was connected to a larger criminal case.
Clearly irritated, Shatta Wale stated he paid $150,000 with clean money for the automobile and had no idea it was connected to any illegal activity. "I'll leave the car for you folks, Raymond Archer. Stay away from my residence. I buy new Lamborghinis for that reason," he raged.
The vocal musician continued by downplaying the significance of material possessions, arguing that God and life are more important. He expressed dissatisfaction with the way the situation is being handled and remarked, "We all go die and leave all these things."
Shatta Wale also talked candidly about the difficulties he has had in his career, including legal matters that he feels unfairly single him out. He said, "One day, I go be president of Ghana," at one point during the Live.
"I'm done with the seized Lamborghini and EOCO can have it," he said as he concluded his tirade. Not even I want that yellow Lamborghini. Make them chew am and leave America. I've already purchased a new one.
