In an impassioned letter to the MP, Shatta Wale stressed the value of speaking with tech experts to gain a deeper understanding of the practical effects of platforms such as TikTok, particularly on young people and digital businesses.

According to him, TikTok is a potent instrument for education and economic empowerment in addition to being a source of amusement. The artist claims that people frequently evaluate the app based on their own feed, or For You Page (#fyp), which is tailored to each user's viewing preferences.
