Dr. Osei Kwame Despite, a well-known businessman from Ghana, has come to Heroes Park to pay his final respects to the late highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosu, often known as Daddy Lumba.

His attendance expands the roster of prominent figures and dignitaries attending the music legend's final funeral ceremonies. Celebrated singer Nana Acheampong, Dadiesoaba Hemaa, and a number of other traditional leaders, businesspeople, and public figures are also present.

In remembrance of Daddy Lumba, whose music influenced generations of Ghanaians, the Heroes Park is still packed with thousands of admirers and supporters.
Widow Akosua Serwaa is still not in the funeral grounds, meanwhile, as the proceedings go on. According to family reports, she has not yet shown up to pay her final respects.

In the meantime, excitement is growing as Nana Acheampong is scheduled to give an homage to the late musician on stage soon. The closing ceremonies and the export of Daddy Lumba's body for burial will take place after the concert.


As mourners honor the lasting legacy of one of Ghana's greatest musical exports, Heroes Park is filled with a somber yet contemplative ambiance.
