Nana Acheampong, a seasoned musician from Ghana, has finally responded to the passing of Charles Kwadwo Fosu, his former Lumba Brother.

The location of the renowned singer after the unexpected death of his former closest friend was one query posed by internet users.

Loved ones, including prominent politicians, business magnates, and regular Ghanaians, were featured in videos that went viral on social media, but Nana Acheampong was not present.

Nana Acheapong responded to Daddy Lumba's passing on Facebook, implying that preparations are well underway for the release of a song called "Due, K Fosu," which is an homage to the late musician.

Daddy Lumba is a guy of substance, according to Nana Acheampong's laudatory Facebook post.

"On Thursday, August 21, 2025, Due! K Fosu, a tribute song to Daddy Lumba will be released," Nana Acheampong alluded to.

He went on to say that my brother is one of the most well-known figures in Ghanaian music. An icon, a legend, a trailblazer. There will always be a gap left by his passing. While we lament his passing, we also honor his life, his compositions, and his lasting influence. I provide a moving song that perfectly expresses our relationship and the influence of Kojo Fosu's music across generations as a sincere homage to him.
