There have been allegations of a hit-and-run on the Tema freeway involving a Changan pickup bearing Sam George's trademark.

After allegedly colliding with Bishop Eric Owusu Afriyie's Range Rover, the car's driver allegedly fled the scene.

A video of the preacher lamenting the occurrence was posted on Facebook by Adom News.
George, the Ningo Prampram MP and Ghana's current Minister of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations, seemed to be using the car as a campaign tool.
