Political satirist A Plus has joined the controversy around the viral video that showed Sammy Gyamfi giving dollar bundles to Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, also known as Agradaa.

"Sometimes, even Google Maps struggles to understand how problems manage to locate people Ei," A Plus wrote on Facebook in response to the video. Since then, the scathing sarcasm has gone viral online, with many people reading it as a covert critique of Gyamfi's political acumen.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communications Officer is seen in the video delivering what Franklin Cudjoe called "clearly above GHC 20,000." The video has sparked a lot of public outrage, with many wondering where the money came from and whether the gesture was appropriate given Agradaa's notoriety.

Gyamfi's apology hasn't stopped the growing criticism, despite his defense that the deed was a private, altruistic moment that was never intended for public viewing. "I sincerely apologize," he remarked, addressing the partygoers.

However, A Plus's remark reflects the general belief that public officials, particularly during election years, cannot afford to make mistakes, even personal ones. Satire like A Plus's turns becomes a powerful mirror when a charitable moment turns into a PR problem.
