A powerful new campaign, Her Field, Her Rules, founded and launched by Rachel Ankomah, officially launches today, calling on women and girls everywhere to step boldly into sports not just as participants, but as leaders, decision-makers and game-changers.

More than a campaign, Her Field, Her Rules is a movement designed to inspire women and girls to actively participate in sports while embracing leadership roles across all levels. From the first kick to the first whistle blown as a referee, from grassroots play to elite competition, the campaign emphasizes participation as the gateway to confidence, leadership and long-term impact.

At its core, Her Field, Her Rules challenges outdated barriers that have historically kept girls on the sidelines. It sends a clear message: sports spaces belong to women and girls too; on their own terms.

“Participation is power. Every woman and girl deserves the confidence to step onto the field, own her space and lead without permission,” Rachel Ankomah states.
