Flagstaff House, Accra

Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Ghana–China Chamber of Commerce and the entire community of Chinese nationals living and working in Ghana, we wish to convey our deepest sympathies to you, the Government, and the people of the Republic of Ghana over the tragic helicopter crash of Wednesday, 6th August 2025, which claimed the lives of eight distinguished statesmen, including some Honourable Ministers of State.

This heartbreaking incident is not only a national tragedy for Ghana but also a profound loss felt by all friends of Ghana across the world.

We share in your grief and stand in solidarity with the bereaved families, the Government, and the good people of Ghana during this period of national mourning.

We extend our prayers for comfort, healing, and strength to all who have been affected by this devastating loss.

In these difficult moments, we are reminded of the strong bond of friendship between Ghana and China, and it is our hope that unity and resilience will continue to guide the nation forward.

May the souls of the departed rest in eternal peace.

Please accept our deepest sympathy and well wishes

Signed.....
