Tryton Motors, the authorized dealer of JAC vehicle brands in Ghana, has officially unveiled a comprehensive range of light, medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles designed to meet the diverse demands of the Ghanaian market.
The newly introduced fleet is engineered to withstand the country’s challenging road conditions while offering efficiency and versatility for industries such as mining, construction, logistics and small-scale distribution.
Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs)
Tailored for city operations and small businesses, the LCVs are compact, fuel-efficient, and easy to maneuver. They boast low running costs and maximum uptime, making them an ideal choice for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) seeking reliable and affordable transport solutions.
Medium Commercial Vehicles (MCVs)
Described as the backbone of logistics and distribution, the MCVs feature enhanced load capacity, stronger engines, and improved braking systems. These trucks are built to support expanding networks, ensuring businesses can move goods across regions efficiently.

Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs)

Built for stamina and resilience, the HCVs are equipped with powerful engines, heavy-duty suspension, and reinforced structures. They are tailored for large-scale haulage, mining, and construction industries that play a pivotal role in Ghana’s economic growth.

CEO’s Remarks

Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer of Tryton Motors, Jihad Hijazi, emphasised the company’s commitment to providing solutions across all sectors.

“We have vehicles for everybody, from distribution companies in Accra and Kumasi to heavy-duty models for mining and construction. Essentially, our vehicles suit all markets,” he said.

Hijazi further highlighted the availability of specialized vehicles, including fire hydrants, tankers, ambulances, and other customized options built on JAC chassis.

Expansion Plans

To enhance accessibility, Tryton Motors has announced plans to open additional outlets across the country. The company also provides flexible payment options for both businesses and individual buyers.
Currently operating from Atico Junction off the Kaneshie-Odorkor highway, the dealership also retails pickups and SUVs, with plans underway to introduce buses through a partnership with JAC Motors.
