Michael Tetteh Kwetey, a candidate for the Greater Accra Regional Chairmanship of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), has urged delegates to elect dedicated and accessible leaders in Saturday’s constituency elections.

In a message ahead of the October 24, 2026, polls, Mr Kwetey extended his best wishes to all 34 constituencies in the Greater Accra Region, encouraging delegates to choose leaders committed to serving party members and strengthening the NDC at the grassroots level.

“I urge our delegates to vote for dedicated and accessible leaders who will strengthen our party at the grassroots level,” he said, emphasising the importance of effective leadership in building strong constituency structures.

Mr Kwetey also called on party members to maintain unity and ensure a peaceful electoral process, reminding them that they belong to one political family despite the competition.

“Always remember that we are one NDC family,” he said, wishing all constituencies a successful election.
