Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, has underscored the imperative of translating economic rhetoric into tangible opportunities for the country's youth.

Addressing the Kwahu Business Forum, Debrah emphasized that manufacturing holds the key to alleviating Ghana's burgeoning unemployment crisis, generating employment opportunities across a spectrum of sectors, including agriculture, logistics, packaging, and technology.

"Ghana is a youthful nation, and the demand for meaningful employment is pressing. Our young people don't merely need inspiration they need real pathways to work, productivity, ownership, and dignity," Debrah declared, stressing the need for concrete action.

He exhorted the private sector to demonstrate unwavering commitment, investing boldly, innovating relentlessly, and formalizing operations to remain competitive and contribute substantively to Ghana's economic resurgence.

Debrah also highlighted the pivotal role of mentorship, urging established business leaders to share their expertise and experiences with emerging entrepreneurs, thereby fostering a culture of knowledge transfer and collaborative growth.

The Kwahu Business Forum, now in its second edition, provides a critical platform for deepening investment partnerships, promoting business opportunities, and showcasing Ghana's industrial prowess.
